These Columbia students worry about remote learning

When Columbia University announced its fall undergraduate semester would be conducted entirely online, first generation college students felt disappointment and anxiety. On campus, they had expected to find friendship, a space to study and a desk. Now they will have to work from home and students from low income families are concerned about the upcoming academic year. 

New New York spoke to two undergraduates and one transfer student about embarking on the upcoming virtual semester at Columbia in the midst of a global pandemic.
