What Manhattan renters need to know for the fall

In August, Manhattan recorded 15,000 vacant apartments, a 14-year high. Median prices in one of the world’s most expensive rental markets fell by 10% and landlords reportedly scrambled to cut once in a lifetime deals. Dan Latu spoke with one broker, Cash Jordan, to understand where the market is and where it’s going.
